This SFP+ is for 10 Gbps optical transceiver module for serial optical communication at 10 Gbps. The optical transceiver module converts a 10 Gbps serial electrical data into 10 Gbps optical output signal and a 10 Gbps optical input signal to 10 Gbps serial electrical data respectively. The high performance 1470nm ~ 1610nm CWDM DFB transmitter and high sensitivity APD receiver provide superior performance for Ethernet applications at up to 60 km links.The SFP+ Module is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802. 3ae 10GBASE-ER. DDM Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as stated in SFF-8472. The SFP+ is compliant with MSA hot pluggable, and it is easy optical port upgrades and low EMI emission.
