How does one test the output power of 40G / 100G optical transceiver using the High-Speed Optical Transceiver Power Meter (HOT Pet)?

The High-Speed Optical Transceiver Power Meter (HOT Pet) is designed for 40 Gbps ~ 100 G optical networking power meters. Because modules above 40G contain 4 channels, its biggest advantage is that it can measure and display the output power of 4 channels of SFP simultaneously. Using matching adaptors it can test LR4, CWDM4, SR4, PSM4..., according to different module types.

Simple operating instructions consist of: 1.Insert the 40G/100G optical transceiver via adaptors to HOT Pet. 2. Select the data rate and transmit mode and the HOTPet will display 4channel power simultaneously on the display panel.

The High-Speed Optical Transceiver Power Meter(HOT Pet II) is designed for 40 Gbps ~ 400 Gbps optical networking power meters.
It can measure 4 channels or 8 channels output power in the optical network at one time.The memory can record 600 data and data downloaded via USB Connections. The battery can last 6 hours.
